We understand that most couples will require a little guidance and assistance in choosing the perfect ring. To facilitate this, we operate an appointment based service from our showroom in Oswestry. This might sound a little formal and intimidating, but this ensures you’ll be given expert, impartial advice with none of the distractions or pressures of a busy retail environment.

Our engagement ring consultations usually last about 90 minutes.  In a typical appointment we’ll address the various elements of the commission.  Having discussed your ideas, preferences and options, we’ll provide all the information you require to make a qualified decision relating to the specification, qualities and cost of the piece.

We’re often asked if we’ll work with or set customer’s own stones. We will. Most jewellers won’t entertain this, but we’re happy to do so. If you’ve purchased a loose stone or inherited a sentimental piece of jewellery, we can usually help. We can set or remount your family heirloom, mother’s diamond, grandmother’s sapphire or aunt’s ruby… at The Ring Workshop you’re in control!
